DUAL Softswitch enables you to provide a comprehensive VOIP calling service using SIP and H.323, by providing robust call switching capabilities to your carriers’ facilities, with real-time call failure overflow.
Comprehensive billing is presented to your customers using online control panels, and further control panels offer a flexible call shop billing system and a reseller control system to allow your customers to offer your services under their own brand names.

Best of all, DUAL Softswitch runs on Windows, which everyone is familiar with. Following the fast remote installation by our engineers and interconnection with your carriers, you will be able to offer the following services to your customers immediately:
- VoIP calling from all major H.323 and SIP ATAs and gateways (eg. Linksys PAP2, Grandstream, Quintum Tenor and softdiallers) with NAT Penetration and per-call authentication where required.
- Wholesale H.323 and SIP termination, with traffic exchange calculations where reciprical arrangements have been negotiated.
- A flexible auto-configuring call shop module, allowing your call shop customers to bill at the rates and currencies they choose using an online control panel.
- Powerful reselling tools, allowing your customers to create and manage sub-accounts under their own brand names.
Full control behind the scenes
DUAL Softswitch will work hard behind the scenes to make your VoIP service as reliable and accessible as possible. Initial call switching is based on Least Cost Routing, with failed calls being overflowed to multiple carriers in real time.
Tools are including to generate routing tables based on your carriers' rate sheets and multiple sets of routing tables can be prepared for automatic deployment at future dates. The base routing table can be adapted for different groups of customers. Rate tables for your customers can be generated and based on specially negotiated rates and, optionally, a Volume Discount Scheme.
A RADIUS server is included so that you can offer a calling card service based on PIN or Caller ID authentication. This works in conjunction with the Quintum Tenor product range.
