DUAL Softswitch is a robust and scalable VoIP switch. It was built
in-house and has been switching our own VoIP traffic since 2003.
- Calls can arrive and leave the switch using H.323 or SIP. We automatically convert
between these protocols.
- For H.323, gateway to gateway; gatekeeper to gatekeeper and gateway to gatekeeper are
supported.
- For SIP, IP address and DIGEST authentication are supported, providing you with a
platform equally suited to wholesale termination and consumer or call shop services.
- Many signalling options can be set for customers and carriers, assuring a consistent
call signalling flow.
- Optional RTP proxy to support NAT Penetration.

- Billing steps and grace periods can be assigned to customer accounts independent of

controlled by you using an online Administration System.
- Unlimited SIP or H.323 carriers can be defined.
- DUAL Softswitch automatically builds maintains a Least Cost Routing structure of up to
ten carriers, based on rates you upload.
- Carrier rate sheets can be uploaded as Microsoft Excel files.
- Call overflow in real time of failed calls between carriers (Alternative Routing).
