To create  your new softswitch, please provide all the information in this form.  Please contact us if you require any assistance.

Name Your name. Email Your email address. Company Your company name.  This will appear at the top of your online control panels. Address Your full postal address Telephone Your telephone number Provider name This will be your user name for logging onto DUAL Softswitch.  Your customers will also use this as part of the login process for their control panels. Currency The name of the currency that you will be operating in. A short symbol to represent the currency that you will be operating in. Precision The number of decimal places to which call costs should be calculated (0-5). Tax The abbreviated name of your country's sales tax.  This is only required if you want the sales tax to appear on your customers' online invoices.
