There are many options available at the PayPal web site for controlling your PayPal account.  Examples of these options are:

Allowing customers to make payments to you if they do not have PayPal accounts
Specifying certain types of transaction to block
Specifying the name that will appear on your customers' credit card statements

Also, you should ensure that your PayPal account maintains a balance in the same currency as your DUAL Softswitch installation.  This may either be a primary or secondary account balance.

You are completely responsible for assessing the risk of accepting PayPal transaction and for any losses that you incur through the fraudulent use of the service by your customers.  You should therefore read the PayPal documentation carefully.  This is available at PayPal's web site and at the home page of the DUAL Softswitch Administration System.
