Allocating your funds

You can use the balance on your DUAL Softswitch account to buy services from our company by clicking on the Allocate funds link in the Licence box on the left sidebar of the DUAL Softswitch Administration System.

 

There are four sections on this page; one for each service that you can buy:

 

Extend your DUAL Softswitch licence
Purchase bulk support time
A-Z termination
UK direct route with CLI

 

You need to have sufficient funds in your DUAL Softswitch account to allocate your funds.  If you balance does not cover the services you wish to purchase, you will need to make a payment into your account.
