ASR / ACD

Basic carrier performance information is available by clicking on the ASR / ACD link in the Calls box of the sidebar. A form is presented and you should enter the following details:

Destination	A destination for the report. This can be a country or can be restricted to a breakout within that country. These destinations are extracted from the Dial Codes data that you have defined.
Account number	Optionally, you can select an account number to provide information specifically relating to that account.

When you press the Continue button, statistics will be presented for calls for the previous eight hours to the chosen destination. This will provide information on the Average Seizure Ratio and Average Length of Call (ASR / ALOC) for each carrier. On a separate table, similar information will be displayed, but only for calls that were connected for more than fifteen seconds. Comparing the information in these two tables can help you to identify routes that are exhibiting an unusually high level of false connections.
