Our systems are monitored 24 hours a day by our engineers. We provide free support by email for system faults and for operational issues relating to features which, in our opinion, are not sufficiently well documented or presented online. All other support is chargeable at the rates advertised on our web site. Bulk support time can be purchased in advance at lower rates.
You can see the current support time available on your account in The Licence box on the left sidebar of the DUAL Softswitch Administration System. When you open an account, we will give you two free hours of chargeable support time. Each time you extend your licence, we will bring your free support hours up to the number of months for which you extend your licence.
Clicking on the Allocate funds link in that box takes you to a page where you can purchase bulk support time at lower rates that our standard hourly rates.
Choose the number of hours of support that you wish to purchase and then press the Continue button. If you have sufficient funds in your DUAL Softswitch account, then your support hours will be updated immediately. If your balance is too low for the allocation, then you will need to make a payment into your account.
