Call Shop Module

The Call Shop Billing System is available to your customers for them to manage their pre-pay and post-pay call shops.  It is available at http://callshop.dualsoftswitch.com/.

 

As an administrator of DUAL Softswitch, there is very little that you need to do to support your customers' use of the call shop billing system.  The system is self-configuring and is provided with all the necessary documentation online.

 

This site can be customised to a certain extent using your own domain name and images.

 

Your call shop customers will need to configure their VoIP devices to register with your softswitch.  All booths to be registered to a single account that you create.  Individual booths should use unique User IDs (or Calling Party Numbers / E.164 aliases for H.323) for each booth.  These unique references are used by DUAL Softswitch to distinguish calls made from different booths.

 

Linksys adapters are very popular with call shops, and a sample configuration for a Linksys PAP2 is provided.
