Call shop reports

A call history for the call shop is available by clicking on the Call History link of the biller.  This shows the details of all calls made in the previous twenty-four hours.  A more detailed calls list is available on the Customer Control Panel or, for sub-accounts, on the Reseller Customer Control Panel.

 

Daily cash flow summaries are available to both the Operator and Administrator of the call shop and can be reached by clicking on the Report link on the call shop biller.  A date for the report should be selected and then the report will be generated and displayed.

 

The report summarises the calls the calls made in each booth with the total cash charged to customers.  Administrators are also shown a summary of the costs they paid for the VoIP service.
