The CDR Control Panel is available to your customers for them to manage their account with your company. It is available at http://cdr.dualsoftswitch.com/. Your customers will be prompted for your Provider name, an Account Number and Password. The Account Number and password were allocated when you created the customer account.
Using this control panel, your customers can change basic details on their account; view and download their calling rates; view a financial summary of their account, including your invoices and examine their call history. Navigation through the site is achieved using the Main menu box on the left sidebar of each page. If you have set up PayPal integration, then your customers can also make payments into their calling accounts online.
The home page of the CDR Control Panel shows the contact details that are recorded for your account. Please contact support@dualsoftswitch.com if you would like these details changed.
This site can be customised to a certain extent using your own domain name and images.
