Extending your licence

The Licence box on the left sidebar of the DUAL Softswitch Administration System shows the date when your DUAL Softswitch licence will expire.  On this date, your switch will stop handling traffic and all call attempts will be blocked.

 

You can lengthen the period that your switch will operate by allocating funds towards extending your licence, using the Allocate funds link in the Licence box on the left sidebar of the DUAL Softswitch Administration System.  A drop down box will allow you to choose a licence term between one and twelve months, and will show the cost of that licence extension.  Choose a licence term and press the Continue button.

 

If you have sufficient funds in your DUAL Softswitch account, then your licence will be extended immediately.  If your balance is too low for the allocation, then you will need to make a payment into your account.
