Click on the Your account link in the Licence box on the left sidebar of the DUAL Softswitch Administration System to see a financial summary of your account. There are four sections on the page:
Financial summary
This section shows how the funds available on your DUAL Softswitch account have been calculated. It shows the total payments you have made on your account, with a link that details each payment and provides you with printable invoices for those payments. Your fund allocations are shown on the second line, with a link to a page that details each allocation.
Allocate your funds
The second section of the Financial Summary page allows you to allocate the funds in your account towards purchasing services, such as extending your DUAL Softswitch licence.
Support activities
This section provides a link to a report showing the technical support activities that have been charged to your account.
Make a payment
The payment methods we accept are listed in this section, including our bank account details. There is a link to our online payment section, which you can use to top up your account using a credit card or a Verified PayPal account.
