Introduction to DUAL Softswitch

DUAL Softswitch is a Voice over IP switching and billing platform hosted on our servers in London.  It gives VoIP companies the ability to offer a calling service using multiple carriers without the need to invest in switches, media gateways or billing servers.

 

This User Guide aims to explain the operation and control of the switch and is intended to be read by administrators of the system.  VoIP switching is a complicated technology, and a certain degree of technical knowledge and expertise is assumed.
