Our system is monitored around the clock by experienced and capable telecommunications engineers. Our support team will provide free technical support by email to deal system faults and with any management issued that are not adequately covered by our system documentation.
Each new DUAL Softswitch customer receives two hours of free support when their account is created. When you extend your licence, your support hours will be topped so that the number of hours is support is not less than the number of months of your licence extension.
We would encourage you to study this documentation in detail before raising a support request. There is a charge for all other types of support if your free support hours have expired.
